I know I know, I haven't been doing that much with valentines day before but someone made me think of it in a whole different way. I'm not sure how to put this to words and make it mean something, since this is a somewhat new experience for me. Anyway Friday I mailed her a sweet valentines card together with a nice little poem, and I also bought her a small present. The main 'problem' was that I wouldn't see her again until Tuesday, as I had to drive to the airport last Monday remember? My initial idea was to try to get to work before her and place it on her desk, but that meant that I had to get there at about 06.30 and I wasn't sure if the plant security would let me in so early. So I decided to go to work the normal time and wait for the opportunity to rise. When I did a coffee round she luckily asked for a cappuccino so I could give her the present together with a cup of coffee (I'm not that much of a hero when it comes to these kind of moments, I know. All talk ...) The surprise was nice and thank god for me she liked it :-) The rest of the day I didn't see much of her as she had a day in the field with our local supporters but my day was all right anyway.
