Hi all. Yes I know what time it is, trust me. Did you ever wake up because of your own couching? Well I just did. Man I feel awful right now. Seems that for some reason I just can't stop with trying to couch myself inside out, this feels really terrible I tell you. There is some sort of itch halfway down my throat and it keeps irritating me, and quite a lot frankly. If I was smoking I guess this would be my wake up call from The 'Man upstairs' to quit it immediately, but 'unfortunately' I don't so that's no option. I can only hope this passes soon as I need my rest. This is very tiring. Ugh, ugh,
